Diego Chaves

Illustrator

Diego was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and moved to the United States as a child. He grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts, where he later earned his BFA with high honors from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design in Boston. Diego has illustrated three children’s books published by Tumblehome Learning, one of which he also authored: "Leo and The Plastic Collecting Submarine." In addition to his work as an illustrator, Diego teaches drawing classes at continuing education schools and engages with his audience through social media. He currently resides in the greater Boston area of Massachusetts.
